Shipping Policy

At Under The Lights Apparel, we handle fulfillment in-house so every order gets the attention it deserves. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
All orders are packed and shipped directly from our in-house warehouse. We do our best to process and ship orders within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on Friday after business hours, or over the weekend, will typically ship by the following Monday or Tuesday. During high-demand periods (launches, drops, sales), processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive automated email updates at every stage of your order:
- Order Confirmed — when we receive your purchase
- Order Shipped — when your package leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number
- Out for Delivery — when the carrier is on their way
- Delivered — when your package arrives
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive these updates. Check your spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation shortly after ordering.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship throughout the United States via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order is in transit, delivery timelines are outside of our control. Transit times vary and may be impacted by carrier volume, weather, or other delays.
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned, Under The Lights Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier at that point.
That said, we will always do our best to help. If you experience a shipping issue, please reach out to us and we'll work with you to find a resolution wherever we can. We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management in case the package was left nearby
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim
- Emailing us — we'll assist in any way we reasonably can
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Under The Lights Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at team@underthelightsapparel.com and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships. Once shipped, address changes are subject to carrier availability and may incur additional fees.
Returns & Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at team@underthelightsapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
